Everything is removed or delivered to Fretex after 3 months.
ENTRANCES
The house has three entrances. The entrance to Dueslaget can be found on ground level and is the first door upon arrival from the Nationaltheatret.
The entrance to Klubben is parallel to Dueslaget. Geographically, the door is closest to Aker Brygge and furthest from the Nationaltheatret.
The entrance on the upper level (in the stairs up towards Oslo Concert Hall) is reserved for our tenants.
PARKING
The nearest car park is Vikaterassen P-hus or under the Oslo Concert Hall. Paid parking.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
It is approx. a 4 minute walk to the nearest public transportation point, Nationaltheatret, and 6 minutes to Aker Brygge. Local trains, trams, buses, subways, and boats correspond here.
In Munkedamsveien there is a city bike rack by Haakon VII's gate, in addition to a bike rack just by the entrance to Dueslaget.
TICKET SALES
Tickets are sold through our partner Tixly. Tickets can be bought online at www.oslokonserthus.no or at the Oslo Concert Hall box office. Entrance is from Vikaterrassen in Ruseløkkveien. The box office is open Monday to Friday from 11:00-14:00.
CANCELED EVENTS
In case of event cancellation, tickets are refunded within given deadlines, minus ticket fee. Everyone with tickets will be contacted by email. If you have any questions, contact us at billett@roverstaden.no.
AGE LIMIT
As a general rule, all our events have an 18-year-old or 20-year-old age limit. In the case of the free age limit, this will always be stated in the event details. If you are unsure, please contact us at info@roverstaden.no. All our events require identification, regardless of age limit.
ALCOHOL
We reserve the right to reject excessively drunk and intoxicated persons at the door, as well as dismissing them from our premises. Bringing alcohol and drugs is not permitted.
WARDROBE
The cloakroom is unattended, and items are left there at your own risk.
FOOD
At concerts and events that are open to the public, we do not have food service.
Fursetgruppen operates our bars and delivers restaurant food of the highest class. The menus are carefully composed and put together from the best the season has to offer. Read more about Fursetgruppen here.
SEATING
Venue setup at our events vary. It can be standing, seated or a combination of both. There is normally information about this in the individual event at www.oslokonserthus.no
ACCESSIBILITY
We have a lift with access to all floors. Read more about accessibility here.
ASSISTANT
Assitants only pay ticket fees, but assistant certificate must be presented at the door. Read more about accessibility here.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Photography is prohibited at all our events. Press photographers must contact info@roverstaden.no in advance of the event.
HEARING
Take care of your own hearing and use earplugs. Earplugs can be collected from the bar.
PRIVACY
Røverstaden does not store any personal information about you unless you have given your consent to this. We store information (email address) of those who have agreed to receive newsletters from Røverstaden.
This happens either by signing up yourself - via the website or Tix when you buy tickets to one of our events. Those who have opted-in for Røverstaden to save your email address can receive emails about news and events, releases, pre-sales, and/or give out other information, e.g. cancellations. We can send market surveys, but this only happens once a year. You can unsubscribe from this at any time by pressing the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of every e-mail you receive from us.
Via our agreement with Tix, we can obtain information about you when you buy tickets for one of our events. We may need to contact you to give you information about changes/cancellations or delays regarding an event you have bought a ticket for. After we have sent information to you, your personal data is permanently deleted and not used for any other purpose.
